1. Choose a spot on your wall that gets both natural and artificial light. You can also paint the sample on a white board or large sheet of cardstock to move it around the room.
2. Apply the sample with a small brush or roller so the color shows up true.
3. Check the painted spot in the morning, afternoon, and evening. Colors can shift depending on the light.
4. Take a few days to see how the color makes you feel before committing to your gallon.
