Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to get your paint to you fast! If you need to cancel or make changes, email us at [email protected] as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help before your order ships.
How long does shipping take?
If you're in Québec or Ontario, your order will arrive in 1-3 business days. For the rest of Canada, expect it within 4-7 business days. We’re working hard to get your paint to you as quickly as possible so you can bring your vision to life!

Can I track my order?
Absolutely! A tracking link will be sent to your email once your order leaves our warehouse so you can follow every step.
What is your return policy?
All paint and sample pots are final sale. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us at [email protected] within 5 days of delivery. We’ll make it right!
Can I order paint samples before committing to a color?
Yes! We highly recommend testing our colors at home with our sample pots. It’s the best way to see how a color looks in your space and lighting before you commit.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please email [email protected] with photos of the damage within 5 days. We’ll sort it out right away.

What does Low-VOC mean?
VOC stands for Volatile Organic Compounds — chemicals that can release harmful gasses into the air. Low-VOC paint contains fewer of these compounds, making it better for your indoor air quality.
Is Blū Paint eco-friendly and safe for my family?
Yes! Our water-based paint is low-VOC — making it a safer choice for your home, your family, your pets and the environment.
How much area does your paint cover?
One gallon covers approximately 400 sq. ft. per gallon (2 coats recommended for best coverage). Use our Paint Calculator to estimate the quantity needed based on your project.
Can I paint over old paint without sanding?
In many cases, yes! If the old paint is in good condition (no peeling or cracking), you can clean the surface and apply your paint color directly. For glossy finishes, a light sanding helps with adhesion.
Is Blū Paint washable?
Yes! Our paint is designed to be washable.
How do I safely dispose of leftover paint?
Check your local recycling or hazardous waste center for paint disposal guidelines. Never pour paint down the drain. Many municipalities accept leftover paint for recycling or safe disposal.
How should I store leftover paint for touch-ups?
Store leftover paint in a dry, cool and well-ventilated with the lid sealed tightly. For easy touch-ups, label the can with the room name and date.
Can I use Blū Paint on exterior surfaces?
No. Our paint colors are specifically formulated for interior use only. They are not designed to withstand outdoor weather conditions. The only exterior paint we have at the moment is our primer.
